New Additions

Hi Everyone

Just a quick update on site updates and company happenings. We've changed the search engine in the recipe section so it's a bit more effective for the site's content. It's being installed on every page in that section over the weekend.

We've also added quite a few additional tasty recipes. Check out some of the chicken dishes. They're great for the fall. We'll be adding a "Add Your Recipe" function shortly, so if you have any recipes you'd like to contribute please get them ready!

Coming up next month
The next spice blend is in testing as we speak. "Harvest Seasonings" has a savory, mellow flavor that is fantastic on pork and winter vegetables like yams and acorn squash ~ yummy.

We'll be adding a newsletter to the site so we can keep everyone up to date on special deals and news from the front. Selfishly, we hope to gather feedback from our customers. And yes - a "free for all" will be held! Sign up and get free samples. Who could ask for more?

Okay that's it for today! I'm headed into my semester finals of my doctoral courses and I have grades to do. I need to get busy. Have a great day!

Welcome to the Rub Recipe Blog!

Calling Dr Love!
Do you all remember that KISS song? I think Larry had the 8-track. It was great. Anyway this is just a quick note to say Happy Birthday to Dr Love Rub and Spice Company. Larry has wanted to launch this company for some time now so I jumped in to try and give him a hand. What started out as a dream is now becoming reality. For the sake of prosperity I decided to give you all a heads up to what’s in store.
In September we have a great Halloween spice mix headed your way that is excellent on pork as well as veggies. It’s got a great savory flavor that just warms the bones on those windy fall evenings. We’ll be following that up with some gift packages and turkey seasonings – maybe even a brine – that will get the holiday season started right.

Anyway signing off for now. Look for more as we’ll be updating this often with recipes, new rub and seasoning ideas - and most importantly - to catch up with friends.

Love ya
Claire
